"I'm concerned about that big project overrun.  The one I don't know about until I've closed the quarter."

Concerns: CFOs are concerned with effectiveness of IT execution and costs. Like CEOs, they are concerned about projects that go off track or never complete, and projects that do not deliver promised results or capabilities to business units. Compliance and risk arising from poorly conceived systems and reporting are also an issue for CFOs, as are security issues in relation to compromise of financial systems and customer data. They are concerned about the degree of integration and information sharing between enterprise systems, and about rising costs and budgets for maintaining those systems.

They may wish to know more about:
Strategy Services: consulting services that assist companies in understanding how to harness existing and new technologies to better serve organizational objectives.
Technology Services - IT Value Assessment: services that review existing IT infrastructure and investments for effectiveness, and to project future needs and requirements.
Process Services: consulting and advisement on minimizing risk from IT implementation – how best to govern, choose, and deploy IT in the organization.
Management Services: services that enable the management of the IT resource for the benefit of the business – ROI and project management services that enable cost-effective service delivery.
Interim CIO or vCIO services: consulting placement services that give a seasoned executive voice to IT concerns, provide clear direction for IT, and ongoing support for the IT organization.
Project Management: services that manage projects for value and timely completion, and that provide “peace-of-mind” with regard to timing and cost.
